Invalid SPID or Mobile Number:
Check that the candidate is registered for the exam. Ensure the candidate is not logging in (for the first time) 20 minutes after the exam started, the SPID is correct, and the mobile number is 10 digits. Put zeroes at the beginning if it is less than 10 digits.

502 Error:
Try to login again after 60 seconds.

Candidate did not submit the exam:
All exams are auto-submitted.
