જે પણ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નું UDISE CODE અને UID NO. COLLEGE DEPARTMENT માં એન્ટ્રી કરવા ની બાકી હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તાત્કાલિક એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે. આ કારણ સર પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ નથી ભરતા તેનું સંપૂણ જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થીની રહેશે.  

(UDISE CODE and UID NO of any Students who are pending entry in COLLEGE DEPARTMENT have to enter immediately. For this reason not filling the exam form will be the full responsibility of the student.)
